Water regularly during the first year to aid the plant in establishing a strong root system, frequency can be reduced once established. Prune off old, twiggy branches and fertilize with an acid fertilizer in early spring. Planting two or more bushes together(ideally different varieties) will increase each individual's overall berry yield.
