Description

Myoporum parvifolium 'Putah Creek' is a low-growing, attractive ground cover with shiny, light green leaves that are slightly larger and more dense than regular Myoporum parvifolium. Putah Creek Creeping Myoporum also grows taller than the species. White flowers bloom profusely in summer. Tolerant of drought and seaside conditions, use this fast-growing shrub on banks or slopes.

Plant care

Requires well drained soil. Water regularly after planting until roots are established. Some drought tolerance, but better with occasional to regular irrigation. Prune to control spread or as required. Take care not to walk on stems as they will break underfoot.
