Considered an essential and versatile herb, the sturdy, aromatic, edible, needle-like leaves of Rosmarinus officinalis 'Tuscan Blue' (Salvia rosmarinus) are densely packed on woody stems and can be used in stews, soups, meaty dishes, breads, or cocktails.
